How is the score calculated?
Each question is rated 0–3. Per category, we average the responses. Tiers map to averages: Foundational (under 1.0), Building (1.0–2.0), Scaling (2.0–2.5), Optimized (2.5–3.0).
Do you store my answers?
No. Scoring runs in your browser. The "email me" button opens your mail client with the result; nothing is sent to us unless you choose to book a call.
What if my team doesn't fit a generic mid-market mold?
The scorecard is calibrated for U.S. mid-market finance teams ($5M–$500M). If you're outside that lane (very small, very large, or in a regulated industry like GovCon), the framework still applies but the recommendations may need vertical-specific judgment. Book a call and we'll walk it through.
